Plastic

CPC is primarily used for, but not limited to, the substitution of PE, PP and PVC. All CPC materials are able to be processed directly on conventional Injection Moulding, Extrusion, Form-Pressing and Calendaring machines.

A wide range of thermoplastic applications can be produced in CPC with great advantage. For example:

• Injection Moulded Transport Boxes, Palettes, Furniture Details, Containers etc
• Extruded Profiles in all sizes, Panels, Decking, Fence posts etc
• Calendaring boards in various sizes

As with plastic applications, required masterbatch (colouring), UV protection and additives are simply added by the manufacturer at time of processing
